If my client lost data, how would I recover it using the Online Backup solution?
There are multiple ways that data can be recovered for your client, it depends how severe the data loss is. If the client's entire server has failed, we would look at spinning up a Hosted Server with their data on to get them back up and running as soon as possible.
If they lost a single file, we could restore that for them under our 2 working hour SLA.
What can the Online Backup solution back up?
In a nutshell, anything. The beauty of this product is that is goes far beyond just files.
We have clients backing up their entire infrastructure consisting of hundreds of terabytes of data. We have clients backing up SQL, Exchange, bespoke software and of course we have the clients backing up a few GB of standard files.
The Backup solution is flexible and will work regardless of what your client is looking to backup.
Can I manage the Backup for my client?
Absolutely. We can give you full access to a portal where you can manage all of your clients from a central location.

What's the setup process?
The setup process varies and depends on the amount of data your client needs to backup.
For larger volumes, depending on connection speeds, we may send out a password protected hard drive to gather the data to upload straight to the datacentre.
